We have been a customer of Enhanced Telecommunications for over fifteen years. In that time they have become our go to source for networking, cabling, and phone systems. Trent and his group have always provided excellent customer service and gone the extra mile to get things done when we needed it.

Their work has always been of exceptional quality. We know that when Enhanced does the work. It's done right the first time. Not only that, but they are willing to help whenever we need it. A few years back we had some equipment catastrophically damaged in one of our remote locations on a Saturday night. They had someone on the road the next morning to help our IT department completely rewire the backroom and get us back up and running as soon as possible.

Our Global Company has its US headquarters in Parma Idaho, and several locations throughout, Oregon, California, Texas, Arizona, and home offices throughout the US. Our vegetable seed business produces hybrid seeds for commercial growers throughout the world.

"The Monastery of St. Gertrude in Cottonwood, Idaho, has been doing business with Enhanced Telecommunications & Data, Inc., since 2004.

When Enhanced installed our new telephone system, the technician told us it would provide room for considerable expansion, which we, of course, said we would not be needing. How wrong we were! Two boards for additional lines and countless telephones later, our system is still growing. We are constantly moving offices and relocating people, which means installing, moving, and reassigning phones. The work is always completed in a timely manner. I have no doubt that the system will take us far into the future.

At their suggestion, we asked Enhanced convert our Internet service to a T-1 connection through Qwest. The conversion was nearly seamless.

The Monastery of St. Gertrude, located on the western edge of the Camas Prairie in Central Idaho, is not close to anything ~ Lewiston is sixty miles away. Despite our location, the service has been excellent! Any time there is a problem with our telephone or data system we can count on Russ to contact us and/or be here in very short order. There have been instances when he hasn't been available and the staff in Boise hasn't been able to talk us through solving the problem. When that happened, a technician from Boise was dispatched and here within 24 hours. I cannot recall an occasion when either of our communications systems has been down for more than a day because of failure of Enhanced's equipment.

The entire staff we have dealt with is cheerful and helpful and willing to make the extra effort to keep our systems operating. Despite the countless times we have called for little things ~ name and location changes, including our request to change the time display ~ Russ has never lost his sense of humor and is always ready to help. (The fact that we feed him a good noon meal on a regular basis may have something to do with it.)

Wow, I have never been one to give 5 stars, and for ETD, I wish I could give them 10!!

They have been amazing to work with for our office move/TI project. We liked to refer to them as our one stop shop as they offered so many services that we needed. It was so great, from Data pulls for our new work stations, Keyless door entry system for our entrance and server room to our our LifeSize Video Conferencing set up. They also offer phone services!! The Staff is hands down 100% Customer service focused. They bend over backwards and help to avoid Squirrels when they pop out in front of you. Everyone from the top down was part of our project and so helpful and innovative with solutions. Their pricing was competitive and they worked with us to help us save money. I only wish we had another project coming up again soon, but I will for sure be recommending them to everyone I know in the meantime. Make sure your next project you call Enhanced Telecommunications!
